Shipping policy

Return Eligibility:

  1. Damaged Items: Must notify us within 3 days of delivery

  2. Incorrect Items: Must notify us within 7 days of delivery

  3. Change of Mind: 14-day return window from delivery date (unworn, original packaging)

Non-returnable Items:
• Customized/personalized products
• Items with altered energy through prolonged wear
• Products damaged by improper handling

Refund Process:

  1. Contact qicharms@outlook.com

  2. Return via tracked post (customer responsibility)

  3. Refund issued within 5 business days after inspection
    • Original shipping costs non-refundable
    • 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns

Important Notes:
• Natural crystal characteristics don't constitute defects
• Energy cleansing will be performed on all returned items
• Store credit option available upon request
