Return Eligibility

  • Damaged Items: Please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

  • Incorrect Items: Please notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Change of Mind: You may return your item within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unworn and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Items showing signs of prolonged wear or alteration

  • Products damaged due to improper handling

Please note: natural variations, inclusions, or color differences in crystals are part of their unique character and do not qualify as defects.

Refund Process

  1. Contact us at qicharms@outlook.com with your order details.

  2. Return the item via tracked post (shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility).

  3. Refund will be issued within 5 business days after inspection.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies to change-of-mind returns.

  • Store credit is available upon request.

Additional Notes

  • All returned crystal products will be gently cleansed before resale.

  • We recommend retaining proof of postage until your return is confirmed.
